Treatment Coordinator – Full Arch Implant Practice
Camarillo, CA | Full-Time
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a “check-the-box” front-office position.
We are a high-end full arch implant practice where patients’ lives truly change, and
where the Treatment Coordinator plays a central, respected role in that transformation.
If you love connecting with people, guiding them through big decisions, and being part
of a team that operates at a high level—you’ll feel at home here.
We believe great treatment acceptance comes from trust, clarity, and genuine care,
not pressure. Our systems, leadership, and culture are built to support you so you can
do your best work—and actually enjoy doing it.
What You’ll Love About Working Here
You Matter Here
You’re not just “support staff.” Your voice, experience, and insights are valued, and your
role directly impacts patient success and practice growth.
Meaningful, High-Impact Work
You’ll help patients say yes to life-changing care—restoring confidence, function, and
quality of life. Few roles in dentistry are this rewarding.
A Positive, Professional Culture
We work hard, communicate openly, respect each other, and celebrate wins together.
No drama, no micromanagement—just a solid team pulling in the same direction.
Growth & Stability
This is a well-established, forward-thinking implant practice with systems in place,
strong patient flow, and leadership that invests in long-term team members.

Financial Upside
Competitive pay plus performance-based incentives that reward your skill, effort, and
results—because excellence should be recognized.

You’ll have the tools, training, and collaboration needed to confidently present treatment
and guide patients through their journey.
