SBVCDS offers the following services to its members:

Island View Newsletter- The SBVCDS Island View will keep you informed with articles on local and state dental issues, practice management, regulations and member news. The Island View is published quarterly, coming out in January, April, July, and October.  It is available online to our members who have supplied us with their email address.

Employment Opportunities – SBVCDS provides listings for dental employees seeking work, as well as for dentists offering positions.  This information resides on our website here.

Continuing Education – SBVCDS offers a full range of Continuing Education courses, as well as evening “boutique courses”.  Check our online course list for events and in order to register.

Patient Referrals – SBVCDS gives referrals to the public who call our office looking for dental care in the cities we serve.  We rely on our members to help us keep accurate our information about services provided, office hours and contact information, specialties, and education.

Community Service – SBVCDS offers dental health education materials for use by its members. We participate in “Give Kids a Smile” day, and offer a Dental Health Foundation for access to care.

Social Events – SBVCDS offers social events for our members.

Personal Service – Call the dental society for information regarding your business practice, answers to regulatory issues, employment issues.  Help is just a phone call away.

SBVCDS Website – Stay up to date with current events offered by your Society, patient referrals, and the Island View newsletter.

Professional Contacts – Make lifelong friends and new contacts when you join SBVCDS. Through interaction with your colleagues at our events, you will have a chance to share your ideas with other dentists.
